Most Local Authorities require a pre and post CCTV Survey of existing drainage systems especially if you are building your extension/alteration will be constructed over a drainage system.

Can’t find a manhole you thought was there – under grass or it has been built over by a previous owner or a new driveway has covered it – we can trace and dye test, also we could sonar trace and locate then plot and map the run of your existing system. If your drainage system is defective we can also jet clear the blockage to allow our CCTV Camera Unit access which will identify the problem and the exact location – our camera calibrates distance travelled in your drainage systems allowing our Engineers to determine the exact location of the defect – pinpointing the exact location of any potential defect.
We will provide a Pre and Post Construction CCTV Camera Survey complete with DVD and detailed Report which will then provide our DK Team Engineer with information to provide recommendations and costings on our recommended course of action to remedy your drainage problem.
